Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marko Stjepanović, xtwo.dev, Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße 3, 78112 St. Georgen im Schwarzwald, Germany, email: kontakt@xtwo.dev) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the portion of the service already provided up to the point at which you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the service agreed in the contract.

The xtwo Premium plan is a digital service provided immediately after purchase, until 6 months after your event date.

Independently of your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer a broader guarantee: you may cancel the Premium plan and receive a full refund at any time before your event date. Simply write to us at kontakt@xtwo.dev.

After the event date the service is considered fully provided and a voluntary refund is no longer available. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase applies regardless of your event date.
