Right of withdrawal
The statutory consumer right to withdraw from a Premium purchase, with the model withdrawal form.

Withdrawal instruction
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in distance contracts. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Marko Stjepanović, xtwo.dev, Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße 3, 78112 St. Georgen im Schwarzwald, Germany, email: kontakt@xtwo.dev, telephone: +49 176 277 981 89) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Why checkout asks for an explicit confirmation
The Premium plan is a digital service made available immediately after payment. At checkout you therefore expressly request that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires and confirm that you are aware of this.
Your right of withdrawal does not lapse as a result. You keep the full 14 days. The only consequence is that, if you withdraw, you owe a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided by then.
If you do not agree to performance starting immediately, do not complete the purchase.
Voluntary money-back guarantee
Independently of your statutory right of withdrawal we voluntarily offer a broader guarantee: you may cancel the Premium plan and receive a full refund at any time before your event date, with no deduction for the part of the service already provided.
A message to kontakt@xtwo.dev with the event name is enough.
After the event date the service is considered fully provided and the voluntary guarantee no longer applies. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase applies regardless of your event date and is not limited by this guarantee.
